Yoga and You - Welcome! We are so happy to share with you the wonderful practice of yoga. We have found in yoga many benefits, and we hope you will too. What are some of these benefits that we and millions of other yoga practitioners have discovered? Check these out: more flexibility, better balance and coordination, greater strength, improved circulation, more energy, lower blood pressure, fuller use of lung capacity, greater mental clarity, improved quality of sleep, and elevated mood (Of course the fellowship is spirit-lifting too!).
