Classes

All Levels

If you want to add variety to your yoga practice, then the All Levels class is for you. The addition of light weights makes this class an exciting change of pace for anyone at any level of fitness. Because no body has the same fitness needs, how or if you use the weights is optional. This class blends a variety of traditional yoga poses with additional movements using the weights. You will improve your flexibility while enhancing the strength-building element of yoga with flows which combine poses with weight-lifting. The relaxation period at the close of the class is extra satisfying to your increasingly strong body.

Outstretched in Worship

December's Theme

Do you desire to worship God with your whole self - body, mind, and spirit? If so, Outstretched in Worship provides that opportunity. First, there is quiet, where we seek God in stillness, then movement to Christian music where we flow through poses, praising Him with heart and body, and finally relaxation where we rest in Him. Scriptures and spiritual principles harmonize with the workout. All are welcome.
